Hi, I am Mukib
I became interested in photography when my parents bought me a Diana camera on my sixth birthday. My mother exposed me to literature and art even at an earlier age.
Photography is my passion. I derive my inspiration from various artists that includes photographers, painters, musicians, writers, & movie makers. I’m particularly fond of Ansel Adams’ magical black & white images, Sebastian Salgado’s haunting humanitarian images, and Philippe Halsman & Arnold Newman's portraiture.
I make images of whatever touches my soul and speaks to my emotions & values. I take the light and environment that’s available to me without adding any extraneous elements or waiting for perfect light, and in majority of my images, with minimal post-processing. This is my first humble endeavor to share my images. Hope you enjoy them!
